San Francisco‘s Human Rights Board wants to add ex-cons to the protected classes list that includes a person’s race and sex when it comes to housing and seeking employment.
This means if you’re a landlord who doesn’t want a convicted ex-con with a history of sex offences living next to an average family.. you’re discriminating against that upstanding citizen.
